The aircraft Illsutrated Article on Black Programs/Area 51 is in three parts one for every month.

The first month(this issue) was on the Bats sighting, together with a picture of Steve and Meinrad.
I think he was with Navigator when the Aircraft was lifting off.

The next issue details supposedly the new aircraft to come out of the black world.
They also had in the first issue Steve Douglasses Silly Switchblade story.

The third issue will actually detail websites dedicated to Black Programs and Area 51.
