Interesting. I researched on the web and found the code (404.465) on the Social Security website.The code has to do with denial of hospital benefits to federal employees if there has been espionage or censorship involved. At least that's how I understood it.I am not well educated on laws, but it sure sounds wierd. For more information, look at the website www.ssa.gov or just type in the federal code indicated in the letter on your search engine.
What are everyone's thoughts on this?
