When you mention taking out the little Cessna,I really don't think the F-15's where trying to harm the aircraft.The F-15's where just trying to scare the Cessna pilot to keep away from the restricted airspace.Which really the F-15's should'nt need to do because I'm sure everyone knows (especially around that area)that it is a no go area.
