The DOE web site is www.doe.gov, or for Nevada www.nv.doe.gov. But I doubt that they have a lot of info on the Frenchman Flat and Yucca Flat area. If you are interested in those areas, you may want to contact DOE for the test site tour. For information click on the link below.
As Andre said, some of those areas are used for nuclear waste dumps now, and we can only hope that they know what they are doing there.
