It's generally accepted within the military aviation community that US Navy fighter pilots are probably the best pilots in the world. There is little doubt that being able to land a 40,000lb plane on a heaving carrier deck only 300 yards long by 30 yards wide at night in the rain with a 35+ knot headwind takes some real kahunas! (is that spelt right?)

The Blue Angels are the US Navy demonstration team, and the teams' pilots are fighter instructors in their day job (based at Fallon I think?). Therefore, these guys are the ones who teach the best pilots in the world!
