It was a simple question that intrigues me, frankly more than the base itself does. I don't see where the AF would have a real legal standing on the matter without "posted" signs or a fence? How would any person know whether or not they were on 51 or just any other completely legal adjacent federal land? I mean, no fence or signs or warnings at all from 99% of the hidden perimeter? How could an unsuspecting camper "check" the status of unmarked illegal land in the middle of thousands of acres of otherwise legal land? What official would he check with? As far as me asking the question..Magoo, if you just cant't deal with this question from a newbie's first time post on here, then don't bother to answer any more of mine. Anyone else care to speculate on the fluidity of these borders without scorning me? Sevensteps
