Actually, I had two encounters. The first one (with the cigarette man) was in May of 1999. That was at the Rachel back gate. The other one was at Cedar Gate in October. They certainly were bringing in a lot of equipment through there. Yes, the guard was actually pleasant and I had a short conversation with him.
You know, they're people just like everyone else..they're doing their jobs and they don't know everything that's going on, but I still would like to interview one.
