However, the shadows on the buildings go upwards to the top of picture (which I presume is north), which means the sun is in the southern sky, which suggests it may be the middle of the day in winter! If it were early in the day, then the shadows would go off to the left (west), and if the evening, then they would go off to the right (east). Magoo
