You can estimate the view position of the photos based on the angles of the buildings, but you are only going to be good to at best 10%.

I made a pretty cool map by taking Steve Hauser's scanned photo of the Groom facility, shrinking it to 20% or so, then placing it on a downloaded USGS topo map. If Steve would approve, I'll put the map out on the net for download or better yet let DLR have it since the file is big.
