If you're asking whether these are the same aircraft, then the answer is "we don't think so"!

Aurora is believed to be a budgeting or early program code for the early 80's ATB project which evolved into the B-2.

The TR-3 is believed to be a tactical recon aircraft with a triangular wing planform, although it is debatable whether this aircraft is in service or was just a prototype, or indeed, ever existed at all!
