I see it mentions Travis AFB as one of the Tacamo bases. There are usually 2 or 3 parked there when I've gone to look. This photo shows one of the two that were on the ground during the Travis AFB Expo: http://www.lazygranch.com/images/tb-6.jpg The location shown is not the usual Tacamo parking spot, but rather they got the plane away from prying eyes, but of course not my telephoto lens. The Tacamo is white, as is the Nightwatch plane, which I recall is the E4. So I guess the color of doomsday planes is white.
