There is not much I can add to Magoos excellent summary.
Except maybe that there appear to be some tests going on that involve radar activity. A new stealth, countermeasures, radar jamming, sometihing of that sort. The name "Quick Kill Radar" keeps popping op (see our Groom panorama photo series), but no further information on it is available at this time.
