Yes, Area 19 has been discussed extensively in this forum. There was an excellent post by Tom Mahood a while back.
If you are looking for topics in old threads, please wait until the whole forum index page has loaded (takes a few minutes), and then do a text search in it on the topic, in this case "Area 19", using your browsers search feature. This will get you quickly to the old thread, and Toms post that really cleared things up for me. I know a search function would be nice, but this will have to do until I have some spare time...
