In my opinion, they really didn't reveal too much more that we didn't already know. Sure, there were some new structures and man-made features found elsewhere in the ranges, but nothing really earth-shattering.

As for Groom lake itself, it really only proved that the base continues to expand and thrive as we all knew it was anyway. It probably also help to debunk the theories of those who thought the base had been moved to Utah, or White Sands or wherever it was supposed to be now!

I think the most important revelation was not the subject of the pics, but the pics themselves. Since Spin-2 and Space Imaging went commercial, anyone with enough cash can now order-up an overhead of virtually anywhere on earth, and have access to detail (1m) that was previously only available to the NRO and its 'customers'.
