I used to think that if they put it on the net, they didn't care. There are two instances I've seen where the government started password protecting web pages that used to be accesible. One was the Space-A listings, which was interesting because you could get a schedule of military transports, then listen to the tower when the land or take off. OK, maybe not that interesting.....

Are all these Edwards docs FIOA? I thought you had to go through special channels to get something from the FOIA, such as the Nellis maps. I don't think this is the same as putting declassified documents on the net.
