Well, I must admit that I drove across the field, right up to the base of the VOR transmitter. Not sure if I was on legal ground there. The "no trespassing" signs are a bit ambiguous there.

What makes me think is that the security vehicles there have the same small-font license plates that the cammo vehicles at Groom have. TTR and the NTS uses the regular US government plates. So, does that mean that Base Camp is connected to Groom, rather than TTR?
The two vehicles that chased/observed me were an older tan colored Ford pickup (93B01514) and a newer white Ford F-150 (97B1939).
