I recall seeing guards at the U2 display at Travis AFB, but I don't recall any guards at the Edwards static displays, including the Global Hawk. There doesn't seems to be any consistency here.

The cammo dudes can keep their cheesy white Jeeps, since white is the color of ice cream trucks and roach coaches.
