Also, every military installation has these signs, in the UK they say the usual relevent stuff and tresspassers will be prosecuted etc etc.

It would be VERY rare that anyone will shoot someone crossing the border, instead they will round you up and arrest you.

Yes the F-117 guards may be armed but they wont use it.
Probably the only time they would use their guns at the border line is if you were armed or you kicked the shit out of them and stole their jeep.
