Andrew is correct. Look at a F117 on the ground at an air show and you will see an armed guard. When I toured the Blue Cube (the satellite monitoring center in Sunnyvale), you had to sign your rights away before entering. What confuses me most about this thread is who said they are going to make a dash for it. To my knowledge, everyone on this list is concerned about NOT violating any border. The directions to Hawkeye Hill are not listed on the web site because the chances of someone making a mistake getting there and crossing the border are high. The Cedar Road page talks about how easy it is to accidentally go past the border.
