The 'P-5' is the group of nations who openly admit to having nuclear weapons, i.e. USA, Russia, France, UK and China. Of course, we all know that possibly another 9-10 nations also have nukes, but this has not been confirmed by these nations as official foreign policy. Those nations suspected of having nuclear weapons (as opposed to just being able to detonate a bomb) include India, Pakistan, North Korea, Israel, Ukraine, and possibly Iraq, Iran, Argentina and South Africa too. It is doubtful whether Argentina, India, Pakistan, South Africa or Iran have the means to deliver a nuke accurately, and they are used mainly as 'political' weapons rather than actual deterrents.
