I saw this design while searching the USPTO for my Patents Article on this website.
Its an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Design using a Square/Diamond shaped wing design with the Engine located on the top of the fuselage to minimise the infra-red signature of the engine to ground based missile systems.

There are many weird and wonderful designs out 'there' , this one included.
