There is an F-117 based with Lockheed at Palmdale permanently as a detachment from the AFFTC at Edwards. It is used as a test bed for various new systems, many of which are being integrated into the whole F-117 fleet at the moment. Things like updated avionics and a new RAM have been tested recently.
