TTR stands for Tonopah Test Range. Another semi-secret base about 50 miles northwest of Area 51, near the town of Tonopah, NV.
The F-117 Stealth fighter was stationed here after development at Area 51 was completed, but long before it was declassified.
There is evidence that this also applies to other, still classified, projects.
