If it's range 74 (which the map lists as 74a 74b and 74c), you may be able to see the wreck from Reveille Peak. 74B and 74C should be viewable from the ground, which makes 74A the more likely since the wreck was difficult to reach. I saw a few dog fights in that particular area when I was hanging out at the ranch, but the spot didn't seem like a popular play to play er eh work.

The NTS map on the DLR website doesn't show area 13, which I guess makes sense since the DOE no longer controls it.
