I suppose it is possible up on the Tikaboo peak using independent gear such as Sat and solar panels.
Bolting it to the ground however wouldnt even make it safe from them, the Airforce would miraculously find a court order to remove it, and if that fails, they would just tear it down anyway.
Joerg, take an air rifle with you next time,and shoot the Cameras out on the border, they are pundering our privacy on public land :-)
