Let you that U.S. and Russia Air Force already developed new heavy rocket called Atlas V Heavylifter at somewhere in Area 34. (They put )a rocket on flatbed truck heading for Vanderburg Air Force Base in California or fly to Kazhan for rocket center neither, according to my friend who work for NASA. Where is Area 34?
