The airfield is the TTR (Tonopah Test Range) airport. Janets from Las Vegas land here (about one every hour in the mornings and evenings), as well as at Groom.
The buildings at the top are one of the main building complexes of TTR, just inside the gate. You can see the perimeter running east-west just north of the buildings when you zoom in. Anyone with ideas what the buildings are used for?
The black rectangle looks like a water hole or pool of some sort when you zoom in. Not sure what it is used for.
