Poke around the Nellis website in the "contract" area. Many of the documents are word or excel files. Here is a good place to start:

http://www.nellis.af.mil/range/bidders/default.htm

I downloaded a bunch of files. Many relate to maintaining roads, targets, etc.

Another source of air force documents is here:

It has been my experience that if you can find an interesting file on a military web site, download it. In the future you may find the web site password protected, even if the data is not top secret. A few of us used to read the Space-A list to see when military flights were going to use local airfields. The USAF decided to password protect the information since it let you track military flights, and of course you could see lots of USAF people were getting free rides. Now given the military pay situation, I doubt there would be any complaints at airmen getting a good deal on a plane flying any way.
