Gary,

The cedar road is on public land so you can drive where you want around that area.
The Humvees and Avengers stay off the road to the side and some trucks park next to the Cedar Ranch area.
Lots of silver balls, triangular objects and so on can be found...these are for radar calibration and targets.
The silver balls are used here in the UK aswell.....
