Gary,What you see is Cedar Gate ranch,Joerg is right.
The road at the booton of the pic goes to range 64.
Just inside (about 1m) is a radio/radar installation.
At the ranch in the pic if you go left & keep going you get to the Guard shack.Tell us about futher than that.Near the ranch the is a 1933 USGS point.Maybe good
for red flag.
