From your location, and looking on the Military Aeronautical charts of the area it seems you were just south of the wendover proving grounds and ranges and actually inside the Sevier A & C Military Operating Areas. Lots and Lots of military flying just like the nellis ranges. Rich
Just north is the Ranges of Dugway Proving Ground, Hill AFB Range, Wendover AAF Range and several Test Facilities....
Lots and Lots of Target Grids.
restricted Areas R-6405 , 6407 and 6402A are located north covering some of the ranges.
You could of saw something being tested or just some trials out of Dugway etc....probably NOT an alien craft but that is not what you said anyway....
my guess is, considering its located within a MAJOR military restricted zone it was military related.
Goshute MOA is nearby also.
