Mike Site-4 and S-4 are two completely different things.... Site-4 is an area used to test weapons and is located up near TTR and Area 19. S-4 is the designation for the Lockheed complex at Groom Lake. I think the contractor facilities at Groom Lake are numbered S-3 to S-9 (is this correct Richard?) It has fairly conlusively been proved that S-4 at Papoose Lake doesn't and has never existed, and that Bob Lazars claims and stories have been pretty well 'debunked', to borrow a phrase from Tom Mahood!
