This UCAV concept does not exist in reality... yet... that we know of at least!

It is a Lockheed concept for a submarine launched UCAV that could potentially carry anti-ship missiles, be an over-the-horizon comm relay platform, or be fitted with a datalinked camera/SLAR and provide images of potential targets to the submarine at a standoff distance.
