transmitter site

This link showed up on the milcom list regarding radio frequency
reallocations. Going through the list, I found a transmitter site listed as:

Nellis Range, NV 37o 32’ N 115o 46’ W

This location is west of Coyote Summit, about 6 miles north of Bald
Mountain. Anybody ever see anything up in the hills in that general area?
