If it was a damn missile then the range personnel and the pilots/ground crew are not and WERE not doing their job properly.
Its probably a jet passing and because he didnt follow it with his camera it makes a streak.
Following the jet would of got a clear image of it.
Its no UFO, its no Aliens, its no missiles....
