Why? Do you honestly think they'd just sit back and let you go by in your convoy of trucks on one tiny narrow dirt road Scott...???? They don't need a fence, because they have miles of otherwise unpassable desert terrain. It's freezing cold in winter and boiling hot in summer, so hiking in en masse would be impossible too! Magoo
