I saw the Billion Dollar 'Secret' not Project some time ago when it was made.
The guy is Nick Cook, who is a military aviation journalist who works for the English company 'Janes Defence Weekly'

He went out to the US to try and get to the bottom of things from UFOsand Mutilations to Black Programs and met Mark Farmer out on the border with Groom Lake.
He also interviewed the Head of Skunkworks, B. Bushel and the congressman who in actual fact runs the Black Budget!
He asked them questions about aurora...anti-gravity etc and you can also see their replies on my Website in the Quotes/sayings section
