Depends on the charter they have with the county. The laws are obscure when they deal with the military. It's not really spelled out. Like if an Airman, or soldier breaks a cilvilian law. Sometimes the judge just turns them over to the military to deal with. The penalties under the UCMJ are much more severe. Perhaps Lincoln County want's the help. By the way,..here's a cammo dude checkin' you out!!!
