To our knowledge, they don't "cruise" areas such as Groom Lake Road and the back gate area---At least we have never seen them in the vicinity during number of times we've been in the area.
Last weekend we saw one in Alamo driving a white Blazer.
Although the speed limit on Groom Lake Road is 45, I haven't seen too many of the buses, or for that matter the cammo dudes observing the limit.
Last week, near the back border (behind Rachel) one of our parties nearly got run off the road by the cammo dudes.
