It was pretty clear to me after a few minutes that the caller was a fake. If he does not know the official designation of the base, which is in use since at least 1989, he has never worked there.
And to my best knowledge there are no white Janets going to Reno or elsewhere. There are seven Janet 737's, with red stripes, and a few Beech and King Air jetliners, with a blue stripe on the side. They go mainly to Area 51, Edwards, TTR and a few other facilities in CA.
