The mulder and the one below plus hundreds of others such as GUARDIAN.nts.doe etc visit my PX2000 website all the time.
Had the NSA visit a good few times also.

Mugu isnt really secret, they work in conjuction with China lake on Weapons, Mugu tests Air launched weapons while China Lake tests other missiles, weapon delivery techniques and also have a long test bed(rocket) for ejections etc.
Again this works in conjuction with PX river which is really where the Secret programs evolve from....think of the A-12 a few years ago.
