I have added a new page with a form to start a new thread. This way you don't have to wait until the whole index page has loaded, as before.
To start a new thread click on "Post new message" at the top of the index page, and you will get the same form as before, but in a new page that loads faster.
You can also use the form at the bottom of the index, as before.
