The Celestron C-90 is the equivilent of a 1000mm lens while on my camera (a Minolta) and has very little vignetting. The nice part is when you use the eyepieces (and there are different types) the magnification really goes up. That means when you aren't taking pictures with the 1000mm lens you can be observing the base with a small telescope. I was very pleased with the C-90, and they aren't all that pricey, I got mine for $281.00 off of the Astromart Classifieds. That came with eyepieces and case. The T-mount and individual camera adapters were $25 to $15 each. The whole rig is small enough to easily pack and carry. Good luck in finding a good deal.
