You are right, Damon, he did not threaten to sue me. And he can't, because I did not do anything illegal.
You are also right that it may seem to have been better to address the concerns. However, I feel that this forum is not the appropriate place to discuss that kind of issues, and I have asked J repeatedly to email me in private, so we can discuss his issues. Unfortunately he chose not to do this, and to ignore the wish of the majority of the readers to quit posting on the board.
This very discussion shows that he was partially successful, in that it ties up everyones time with issues that are totally irrelevant.
