Dulce is located in NM. We do not have info on it here, but a search on Yahoo for "Dulce Underground Base" returned 475 hits. Enough info to keep you busy for a while.
Personally I do not believe that there is a tunnel there from Area 51. A tunnel that long is a lot of dirt to dig out and dispose of, and I can not see a practical reason that would justify an operation of that magnitude. But then, who knows...
