Checking the Nellis open house static display list, I noticed they list the rq1a/b. It not exactly clear, but they may be displaying the rq1b (upgraded predator). Also a bit interesting is the display of the UV-18 and EC-130. You would probably have to examine these planes carefully to see what makes them special, but I bet they have some unusual attachments.
