Sundown is the name of a spring located just southwest of Rachel. The circles are alfalfa fields at Penoyer Farms and are considered to be a part of Rachel.

Don't rely too heavily on the information on the online mapping and aerial imaging sites, as I have noticed many glaring inaccuracies and much missing data on those sites when searching in the Rachel / Area 51 region.
