If they got it in the 90s then the mig-29 isn't the plane that I am thinking of that can do what i discribed. The one I am thinking of has just started testing. By the way I was insinuating that the F/A-22 was close to the 1-1 weight to thrust ratio I know what a 1-1 is. The only one that I have seen do a full 90degree climb wile accelerating is the F-15 Eagle. Also the plane that I am thinking of does have better maneuverability then the Raptor
