Hang around Nellis at those times and you should see a lot of activity. I was out at Coyote Summit on Monday and there was not much activity in the morning or afternoon. On Tuesday morning there were thunderstorms in Vegas so I guess the morning mission was cancelled. I hung around at Nellis from 0800-0900 and not a single plane took off.
