The Raptor does indeed have re-heat. It would be silly not to in a combat aircraft. Regardless of how much thrust it produces dry, you can always get more by dumping fuel out the back end as long as there is still unburned oxygen in the mixture. You will always want to punch through the sonic drag rise as fast as possible and for supersonic maneuvering, as already mentioned. You can also find pictures of the Raptor in reheat in Volume 5 of "The International Airpower Review", the quarterly which replaced "World Air Power Review" and "Wings of Fame".
